1. Membership & Allocation
HomeBuddy Care Membership grants subscribers 300 minutes of included on-site maintenance service per calendar month across supported categories (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Car Mechanic, and Carpentry). Included minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle.
2. On-Site OTP & Work Verification
Subscribers agree to verify technician presence by providing the 4-digit verification code generated in the app upon technician arrival. Work session timers run during active on-site service and deduct exact minutes from the subscriber's account.
3. Service SLAs & Emergency Response
Target response times (30-min P1 emergency, 4-hour P2 routine) are targets provided in good faith within Askari 10 service limits. Extreme weather or concurrent emergency spikes may affect dispatch times.
