What is HomeBuddy?
HomeBuddy is a residential care membership platform that provides organized home maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Car Mechanic, and Carpentry) for residents in Askari 10, Lahore.
How much does membership cost?
Primary Care Membership is PKR 3,000 per month. It includes 300 minutes (5 hours) of hands-on technician service time across all 5 service categories.
What if I need more than 300 minutes in a month?
Any additional work beyond the included 300 minutes is billed transparently at PKR 500 per extra hour.
How does 2-Factor OTP verification work?
When a technician arrives at your property, your app generates a unique 4-digit code. The technician must enter this code to verify their on-site presence and unlock the work session timer.
What are the response time SLAs?
Emergency P1 issues (e.g. major plumbing leaks, electrical short circuits, or car breakdown) carry a 30-minute target SLA. Routine P2 issues carry a 4-hour target SLA.
Can I manage multiple properties on one account?
Yes! HomeBuddy supports multiple properties under a single customer account, allowing you to track health scores and service history for each property individually.
