1. Information We Collect
HomeBuddy collects personal information required to deliver residential home care services, including customer name, phone number, property address (house number and block inside Askari 10), and details of maintenance service requests submitted through our application.
2. How Information is Used
Collected information is strictly used for technician dispatch, on-site OTP verification, service quality assurance, maintenance history tracking, and membership ledger accounting. We do not sell or monetize customer data.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data is secured using Supabase infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforcing cross-account data isolation. Only assigned technicians and authorized management personnel have access to active service request details.
